How long does production take?
Custom items, such as grillz, take up to 4 weeks for production. Ready-to-ship items are processed in 3–5 business days.

How do I order custom grillz?
After checkout, please send us your 3D teeth scan. We will email you detailed instructions once your order is confirmed.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including on custom pieces.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
